ABC Rental Management is looking for a reliable, flexible team member to assist with rental showings, move-in & move-out inspections and unit turn work. This is a great opportunity for someone with a daytime job who wants to earn extra income in the evenings and on weekends!
Hours will vary depending on the season and availability, typically ranging from 5–20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as training progresses.
Must be able to perform light maintenance(door knobs, CO2/smoke detector batteries, minor fixes), be flexible on schedule, have late afternoons/early evenings, and weekend availability.
Be willing to drive within 1.5 hours of the Wausau area.
There is an opportunity for more hours to be trained on reception overflow, inspection walk throughs, and rental applications.

We are looking for 2 years of experience in the apartment maintenance field or a willingness to put in the extra effort to learn. This position would perform a wide range of maintenance/repair work, such as painting, flooring, replacing locks, appliance work, unit turns, day to day maintenance, office work, showings and more.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. You must have a valid driver’s license; have a reliable vehicle; have a smart phone; be able to meet deadlines; have good problem solving skills; have the ability to maintain electronic worksheets and documents.
