Micro Investment

Micro Investment is a small scale means for individuals to earn passive income; while allowing businesses to scale without loans and excessive overhead.

Below are several opportunities for you to earn passive income. This does not require you to do a traditional job to earn money. Study the options below, play the angles, invest and repeat. We will handle all the administrative details and make sure your investments are reliable.

I own a business …

  • You buy the machines and our partner businesses operate the machines in apartments or laundromats. You get a set monthly fee for usage of your machines. LS Industries has a supply of machines you can purchase or you can purchase machines yourself.

  • A working used coin op washing machine can be purchased for around $300. A new machine costs around $1600.

    Investment comes with Risk. Some risks to this investment:

    • Breakdowns can happen. You would be responsible for the repair or replacement costs. You can mitigate this risk by buying new machines and leveraging their warranties. Or buying cheap machines and buffering an expense budget to handle these potential issues.

    • Loss of routes or Too much inventory can cause your machines not to be used. You don’t really lose anything here, just don’t get any residual income if the machines are not used.

  • Return On Investment (ROI) = (Income - Expenses) / Initial Investment

    Your ROI depends on 3 things:

    • How much you spend per machine.

    • How much maintenance you have on that machine.

    • What type of location you are in (high, med, low)

    If you buy a new speed queen machine for 1600, we expect you will see an annual maintenance cost of $36. You will receive an income of $7-13/month depending on how productive the location is. This gives you a potential annual income of $48-120. 48/1600 = 3%; 120/1600 = 7.5%;

    If we do the same calculations, but you start with a machine that cost $300, 48/300 = 16%; 120/300 = 40%;

  • You buy boxes of Vinyl Plank flooring. We generally buy 200 boxes per order. LS Industries has buyers for the flooring. As we sell the flooring, you will be paid back + interest for the inventory.

  • A box of vinyl plank flooring holds just short of 25 sq ft and costs about $40.

    Investment comes with Risk. Some risks to this investment:

    • Demand may reduce or go down and you would be stuck with this inventory. You may have to sell it for a loss or just break even.

  • Return On Investment (ROI) = (Income - Expenses) / Initial Investment

    Your ROI depends on 3 things:

    • How much you purchase the flooring for.

    • How much we can sell the flooring for.

    • How much of a discount you can get by buying in bulk.

    If you buy 100 boxes of flooring and you get a discount of 10% = $3,600. Then we sell the flooring at normal cost to our customers (lsi makes 5% to cover handling, organizing, storage, etc) = $4,000 to you earning a profit of $400.

    this $400 = a 10% Return on Investment. However, if we do that same process 5 times each year, 400 * 5 = $2000/3600 = 56% Return on Investment.

    To date, we are buying flooring about 5 times per year at 200 boxes per time.
